Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Special Orders such as custom exhaust systems are built to order and can take 5-10 business days to ship. If you need a shipping quote up front, please call 513-478-1965.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Auto Parts: Unopened Packed Auto Parts are accepted for a return within 7 days of customer receiving product.

Unopened Packaged Auto Parts are accepted for a return withing 7 days of receipt of product. There will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping will not be credited back.

If a free shipping coupon was used an additional $10 restocking fee will be charged.

Custom made parts such as exhaust systems are not eligible for a refund.
